As Director & CEO and Hospitality Entrepreneur at Casa De Bello Hospitality, Mr. Gaurav Pandey leads the operational standards, guest experience architecture, and growth strategy for our expanding collection of mountain sanctuaries and pilgrimage retreats across Uttarakhand alongside fellow Director Mr. Kuldeep Singh Bisht.

Born out of a simple belief that hospitality must feel deeply personal, Mr. Gaurav Pandey has nurtured Casa De Bello from its origins as an intimate mountain home near Kainchi Dham into an esteemed hospitality portfolio comprising over 85 operating keys across Bhowali, Ramgarh, and Nainital.

Under his stewardship, every property is developed with deep reverence for its regional heritage. Whether coordinating quiet spiritual retreats for devotees journeying to Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, hosting destination celebrations amidst the dense pine forests of Ramgarh, or ensuring personalized dietary requests for visiting families, Gaurav champions a service philosophy grounded in the ancient Vedic tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava (Guest is God).
