The Story of Casa De Bello: It Started With A Home
Some journeys are planned. Some simply happen. The story of Casa De Bello belongs somewhere in between.
Before Casa De Bello became a hospitality group, its founder was working in the technology world as a Software Principal Architect in Bern, Switzerland. A career that took him across cities and countries eventually brought him to Bengaluru and later to Gurgaon.
And then came 2020. The uncertainty of the pandemic brought him back to his native Nainital — back to the mountains, back to his roots, and much closer to the spiritual influence of Neem Karoli Baba Maharaj Ji and Kainchi Dham.
What happened next was not originally planned as a hotel group. There was a beautiful villa in the hills. The thought was simply to create a place where people could stay, experience the mountains and feel at home. That thought soon found another believer — co-founder and Director Mr. Kuldeep Singh Bisht joined the vision, putting his soul into turning a simple idea into something much bigger.
A beautiful villa gradually became a boutique hotel. Guests returned, recommended us to their families, and found a true sense of belonging. Today, by Maharaj Ji's grace, that small beginning has grown into a portfolio of hospitality properties across Uttarakhand with 85+ operating keys.
